This session opened with intense “eye” imagery that brought up anxiety around losing sight, control, and safety. I kept reminding myself I was safe and that boundaries are allowed. As the experience unfolded, I saw my life as one path among many and practiced letting others walk theirs while trusting I have my family, my support, and all my parts with me. By the end, the theme shifted from fear to reassurance- letting go a little more, choosing my own journey, and believing it will all work out.

The beacon of white light was comforting as I floated down in a black abyss. I enjoyed seeing parts in their own rooms in a sort of coliseum-type building. Seeing the other paths above me, realizing I should walk my own path, and then a path in front of my appearing was both comforting and scary. I have always liked doing things with other people, and it feels frightening to try doing something on my own, but also enlightening that this is something I should work towards.
