This session unfolded as a cycle of melting and re-forming. Familiar surroundings dissolved into color and space, with moments of calm surrender giving way to darker, symbolic imagery: spiky trees, an exposed eye, and a fragile newborn bird under threat. Fear and grief surfaced alongside a strong protector energy, and safety became the central anchor by creating boundaries, shielding what was vulnerable, and learning that slowing down and returning to the self could coexist with intensity. Even in anxiety, the session emphasized choice: pausing, letting things be, and staying present rather than fleeing.

This was the first session where I decided to let a thing happen to me and that I would still be safe - I was in a green and yellow room that melted around me until we all become one colorful line of paint, and then it disappeared. And I survived!
I tried out music instead of background noises or white noise and I think the shiny higher pitched music inspired a lot of rain visuals.
