This session moved between expansive, cosmic imagery and deep survival fears, especially around work, housing, and security. A strong theme of the experience was finding my voice and recognizing that my needs matter. I went into this session open to healing around my brother's birthday, and my brain responded with intense visuals warning of a lack of safety. Alongside that, I experienced moments of perspective, belonging, and a powerful feeling within my body that I have a voice.

Violent images at the start when thinking about processing my brother's death made me back off on trying to use the trip for that purpose. I let go and accepted whatever it wanted to show me/work on this time.
