This session felt like a gentle, dreamlike journey from sound and cityscapes into a vast, glowing universe, with a strong sense that my body and the universe were welcoming me to explore with curiosity. A central theme was the fear of being cold, alone, or lost (including fear of blindness), alongside the comfort of attachment, warmth, and “mothering” energy that made me feel held. I also touched a bigger truth I couldn’t fully understand yet—about letting go while still staying myself, and being okay with not having all the answers right now.

It felt like I got to see my body try to contain anxieties and OCD thoughts in real time, boxing them up in a metal container and then wondering what to do with them.
