Ketamine Maintenance Session 2
This session unraveled into a terrifying sense of infinity, where the people, work, home, and pieces of my life blurred together until I couldn’t find anything solid to hold onto. A frightened part of me desperately wanted someone to tell me what to do and how to make everything right, while another part began asking what I actually want: safety, security, warmth, connection, and solitude. Beneath all that fear was a quieter question I’m still sitting with: how can I be there for myself, stick up for myself, and trust myself to choose?

Notes
Interesting tidbit from my notes: I asked my brother where he was and my left earbud made a weird vibration when I did. Maybe that was him. Either way, I told him I loved him.
